Last week we revealed that South Western Railway (SWR) had started negative tactics, declining some of our users' valid claims. We’ve worked tirelessly to start the appeal process and notify affected users.
We’re pleased to say they appear to be backtracking, approving the majority of claims again.
We’ll keep a close eye on their actions. If you think a claim has been unfairly handled, please let us know
If the tactics repeat, we’ll consider an official complaint to the Rail Ombudsman
