Appeal claims inside the app

Sometimes train operators will decline your delay claims. When this happens, they give you an opportunity to appeal their decision. There could be a mistake in the claim, or the operator might require some additional information.

Previously, appealing a claim with All Change required you to visit the train operator’s website. We realise this was a pain so we’ve added an ‘in-app appeals’ feature, letting you appeal claims directly inside the app. Nice.

How does it work?

  1. View the declined claim and tap the ‘Appeal claim’ button

  2. Check and update the claim

  3. Provide your appeal reason and any details, if required

It's that simple.
