We’ve built technology that can identify your customers’ journeys in real-time, enabling reliable and fast refunds on all ticket types.
Powered by Modal, our technology detects journeys by combining mobile phone data with live train times. We’re using machine learning techniques so our system keeps getting better.
Integrated into your mobile app
Modal’s technology can integrate into your mobile app, making the refund process seamless for users. Currently our users have to enter their personal details and ticket information, which shouldn’t be needed.
We deliver this integration through a journey API. The API securely receives events from a user’s phone and, when a journey is detected, returns the journey to their app. When a delayed journey is detected, a notification informs the user of their delay claim.
